Shipping policy

For international orders, now including the EU, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Alsolike Limited is not responsible for payment of this duty. The delivery company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

 

UK Shipping

We try and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (except Monday and federal holidays) if the order is placed before 6:30 noon GMT.

Standard Shipping : 2 to 4 business days.  £5.00 GBP 

Express Shipping :  1 to 3 business days.  £7.00 GBP

 

EU Shipping

Express Shipping :  2 to 11 business days.  £18.00 GBP

In-store Pickup

To collect your order from our London store,  select "pick up" as your delivery option at checkout. We will contact you via email once your order is ready for collection.
